A young male sustained Electrical contact burns while working as an Electrician near a high tension wire. He sustained the following: full thickness contact burns over scalp resulting in full thickness scalp loss, flash burns face, neck, chest and bilateral thigh, post electrical burn myelopathy resulting in loss of power in both lower limbs. Scalp wound has been covered by moving the adjacent skin as a flap and grafting periosteum with skin graft. His myelopathy has started recovering within 11/2 months, power in his lower limbs is improving fast.
