Gunshot to the face!

⚠️ A woman who sustained a single gunshot injury.

She arrived at the hospital conscious and breathing spontaneously. Impossible mask ventilation and difficult intubation were anticipated. Direct laryngoscopy was performed and oro-tracheal intubation was successful.
