Horrific hand injury!

Hand injury!

Very meticulously the metal part from the fence was removed successfully from his hand. Major damage to the medial nerve and other structures was found. Patient will undergo reconstructive surgery (microsurgery), it is expected the patient will have dysfunction in mobility.
