This is the injury photo of a middle-aged roofer who didn't get attacked by zombies nor did he fall off the roof- he crashed his motorcycle on the way home. Horrible soft tissue injury, as you can see. The posterior tibial artery is out, and the foot is well-perfused with the AT and collaterals. The tibial nerve was miraculously intact grossly (although some neuropraxia on the exam). Posterior tib, FDL and FHL tendons lacerated.
