1 / I need a carer, do you have a Carer's discount code?

We do offer a £5 off carers discount code which is CARER24. Please use this code when purchasing your tickets.

2 / Is there an age restriction on the events?

There is an age restriction of 14 plus who can attend our events with an accompanying adult over the age of 18.

3 / Can you please confirm the accessibility for wheelchair users?

All our venues are accessibility friendly. Our crew carry ramps around with them if needed and are happy to help.

4 / Do we need to pay for parking?

White Line Parking Management has taken over all parking for our events. Parking will need to be pre-booked before the event. For any queries regarding parking please contact:

5 / Where are my tickets?

Your tickets will be sent via email. When searching for your tickets in your mail box please search WIX or You're Going. Please also check your junk folder just in case.

6 / What does my ticket gain access to? 

All tickets provide access to the venue including the photo area with props. Each tickets includes one vote in your perspective jurys. 

7 / Where is the venue?

All are venues will be announced on our website and social media pages. If you are a member and subscribed to our website you will receive venue announcement email. Additionally, we publish the 'What 3 Words' which will take you specifically to the car park should you sat nav system take you a little further away.

8 / Do you offer blue light discount?

Yes we do, please use code BLUELIGHT24 for £5 off your ticket only.
